Supervision of coaching practice is important for supporting reflection, continuing professional development and coach self-care. I provide an online group format of supervision as a safe and confidential space for sharing experience, observations, reflections and any issues, concerns or challenging aspects in coaching that may have arisen for you.
The group format allows for discussion and exploration of coaching practice and related experience with fellow coaching peers for advice, feedback and the perspectives of others. You are welcome to attend on a regular basis, or as and when you need to.
I also provide one-to-one coaching supervision to support coaching practice, reflection and CPD. These sessions are suitable if you are training, newly qualified, or an experienced coach. Supervision supports both your professional growth and the quality of the service you provide to your clients.
For Coaching Psychologists on the British Psychological Society (BPS) register, you are required to fulfil a minimum of four supervision sessions per year (with a minimum duration of one hour per session, on a one-to-one basis) with a Chartered Psychologist who is on the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS). At least three of those sessions must be with a RAPPS supervisor who is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist.
